Our primary focus is the prevention and management of illness, injury, or disability that is related to the workplace. We can help you, the employer, identify health issues that result from occupational conditions, and can help screen potential employees to insure that they are the correct fit. We provide a holistic approach to employee health, and we promote the proper maintenance of worker health through physical treatment, patient education, and continued support.

Bonnie Marshall, Nurse Practitioner
A lifelong resident of Russellville, Alabama, Bonnie Marshall has chosen to remain and practice in her local area. A graduate of Russellville High School, Bonnie continued her education at the University of North Alabama where she received her BSN. Over the next several years, she was married, attended Graceland University in Independence MO, and added two children to her family. She graduated in 2010 as a Nurse Practitioner at the top of her class. Bonnie is excited to serve our community, one that she is blessed to call home.
