LifeWise is a seniors organization for residents of Northwest Alabama.
LifeWise is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people age 50 and over, and it’s sponsored by North Alabama Medical Center and North Alabama Shoals Hospital.
Through educational and recreational programs you’ll learn about vital senior health issues and you’ll meet people from all walks of life. You’ll also have fun along the way!

North Alabama Shoals Hospital needs volunteers who are able to transport patients by pushing wheelchairs. Volunteers are also needed that are willing to direct patients. Directing requires a great deal of walking.
